REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases, setup fees ($1,500), ongoing subscription fees ($500/mo), and standalone event packages ($500 / $700) made with Senior Sphere Marketing LLC are 100% FINAL and non-refundable. Due to the immediate allocation of done-for-you labor, ad setup, custom software workflows, and venue marketing expenses, NO REFUNDS, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once service has commenced or setup fees are paid.
AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Senior Sphere Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Florida, United States at 7901 4th ST N Ste 300, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702.
We operate the website https://seniorspheremarketing.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Senior Sphere Marketing LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSET OWNERSHIP
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content").
Client System & Asset Ownership: For client acquisition setup campaigns built specifically for your agency, upon full payment of the setup fee, all customized funnels, email/SMS copy, ad graphic templates, and generated lead lists remain 100% your property.
3. PURCHASES, PAYMENT & NO REFUND POLICY
We accept standard credit/debit card payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE STRICTLY NO REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, OR CREDITS.
By submitting payment for the T65 Client Acquisition System setup ($1,500), monthly management fee ($500/mo), or seminar marketing packages ($500 / $700), you explicitly acknowledge that Senior Sphere Marketing LLC immediately incurs operational costs and custom work on your behalf, and you forfeit any right to initiate chargebacks or request refunds.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Your recurring campaign management ($500/mo) will automatically renew each billing cycle until written cancellation is requested. You may cancel recurring management at any time with 14 days notice before your next billing cycle by emailing branden@seniorspheremarketing.com. Cancellation stops future monthly billing; past setup or management payments remain non-refundable.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You agree not to systematically retrieve data, trick or defraud us, interfere with security features, or engage in unauthorized automated scraping.
6. SMS TEXT MESSAGING & OPT-IN
By providing your phone number and submitting forms on Senior Sphere Marketing, you consent to receive SMS notifications, appointment reminders, and account updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
